Hey  y'all,  I  am  an  early graduate from Camden County High School  in Camden, NC.  I  created this  blog to help people, specifically  teens who struggle with depression & anxeity, to cope with anexity, depression & any  other mental health issues they might have. I am  a teen myself & have been diagnosed  with  Major Depressive  Disorder,  Major Anexity Disorder, Panic Attacks, PMDD,  and OCD. I have beeen hospitalized twice due to depression/anexity & having suicidal thoughts.  I am currently on several  medications  & have been seeing a counselor  for  over a year now.  Feel free to  say how you feel  & speak your mind on here, there is more room out than there is in!!! :)
